Privacy Policy

This website, traffikttc.com, is operated by TRAFFIK TTC LLC (“Traffik TTC,” “we,” “us”), a temporary traffic control company operating in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have.

We only collect personal information you choose to send us:

• Quote and MOT plan requests — your name, company, email, phone number, project location and state, service needed, road type, dates, duration, permit needs, and any project details you write.
• Job applications — your name, email, phone, city and state, the position you're interested in, whether you're a certified flagger or hold a driver's license, and any availability or experience you describe.
• Calls and emails — if you call or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

Please don't send sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account details) through our forms. We'll ask for anything required for employment through the proper hiring process.

• Website analytics (cookie-free). We use Umami Analytics to understand which pages are visited, from what general region, and on what type of device. Umami does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Performance measurement. Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast our pages load for real visitors. It does not use cookies.
• Advertising measurement. When you arrive from a Google ad, the Google Ads tag may set a cookie so Google can tell us whether that ad led to a quote request or a phone call. We use it to measure our ads only — ad personalization signals are turned off, and we do not build remarketing audiences from your visit.
• Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request time, which we use for security and to stop spam and abuse.

• To prepare quotes, plan jobs, and respond to your requests and emergencies.
• To review job applications and contact applicants.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To protect our website and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We don't send marketing text messages, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you requested a quote.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run the website for us — hosting (Vercel), secure database storage (Supabase), email delivery, and analytics/advertising measurement (Umami, Google). They may only use your information to provide those services.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the safety of people, property, or our rights.
• A successor company, if Traffik TTC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep quote requests and applications for as long as needed to serve you, manage our business, and meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete them. Form submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible; access is limited to authorized staff behind a login.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information.

• Access, correction, or deletion. Email us at contact@traffikttc.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor them as required by law.
• Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site works without them.
• Google ads. You can manage how Google uses data for ads at adssettings.google.com.

Our website is meant for businesses, public agencies, and job seekers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
